Registration for Training
Use this form to create a registration for yourself or if you are a manager your team members for your selected training.
Registrations for courses or programmes of training in the training catalogue, can be made for individual named employees. Depending on your company, employees may be able to create registrations for themselves and managers may be able to create registrations for themselves or members of their team.
Registrations are linked to sessions created by your training manager, in a specific location, such as a training facility or even online and over a specified period of time.
For employees, registrations that you have created or that have been created for you are displayed in your My Training widget. For managers registrations that you have created or that have been created by your team can be tracked in your Their Training widget.

If your company allows you to self-register for training, the following step-by-step procedure shows you how. If there are no sessions available or you are unable to register, you may be able to create an individual requirement.
Registering for a course creates a single registration for your selected session, registering for a programme requires creating a registration for a session of every course in the programme.
Several options display below the catalogue image on the registration page.
If you are manager, and you have the right to self-register, your name appears at the top of the list in the Participants section, you can then choose between selecting training for yourself only or for you and one or more of your team members. Search for an employee or employees in the list and select their name.
Optionally, if you are a manager and wish to register all of your team members select Add all under the Participants field.
Your selection appears above the list, if you need to remove an employee from your selection click the
next to their name.
Once you have selected your name and/or the names of any employees for whom you are creating a registration, there are several fields that you can complete to provide additional information to your training manager:
If the registration is for a course:
Select a training session in the Training Session section.
If several sessions are visible to you, use the Find and select desired session list to select a session.
Select your desired session.
If the registration is for a programme:
Select a training session for the first course in the programme in the When section.
If several sessions are visible to you, use the I'm looking for a session in drop-down menu to select a session by location and the For drop-down menu to select a session taking place in a particular month.
Select your desired session by clicking
on the session tile.

The session date automatically appears under the course name and the selection skips to the next course in the programme.
Repeat the process until you have selected a session for all courses in the programme.
You can add additional comments if necessary. Once you have input any necessary comments, click Confirm on the bottom right corner.
The Registration(s) created banner appears in the top right corner.
