Their Training widget: Requirements
In the Requirements tab of Their Training Widget, view the training requirements of your team members and the details of these requirements.
The Their Training widget is displayed in the My Team and My Direct reports view of the My Cegid-Talentsoft home page, it contains information about the employees in your team or scope and uses the same format as the Your Training widget containing information about your own training.
The training widgets display training in two tabs: The Registrations tab and the Requirements tab. The Registrations tab shows registrations, these are requests for training during specific sessions and can have been made by employees themselves or managers for their employees or in the back office by a training manager or by import by an admin. The Requirements tab shows training that has been requested by managers for their team or employees themselves or in the back office by a training manager but that is not linked to a specific session, although a requirement can have Requested Deadline. Over both tabs, the widget displays any training requirements and any training that is currently in progress and completed or future registrations. These tabs in the widget therefore allow training to be tracked from requirement to completion. This section explains the process of tracking and consulting your training in the training widget.
The Registrations tab displays some key information about each registration: the name of the training, its start and end date, or the date it was completed. If a training course in the Registrations tab is certifying, then it displays this icon.
The Requirements tab displays some key information about each requirement: the name of the training, who created or last edited the requirement and when, its priority status, e.g. Important or Medium, and the status of the requirement e.g. Wished or Accepted, and whether or not it is linked to face-to-face training.
Each tab has a filter function that you can use to display specific information only. Registrations can be filtered by the name of the training, the registration's status e.g. Accepted or Waiting list and in the manager view, the name of the trainee. Requirements can be filtered by three categories; name of the training, e.g. Excel for beginners, the status of the requirement e.g. Wished or Accepted, the priority status assigned to it e.g. Important or Medium and in Their Training widget., the name of the trainee.
It is also possible to view the description of the course or programme that the registration or requirement was created for, in the Training Catalogue directly from the widget.

Managers can change the status of a requirement in the training widget.
Prerequisite: You must have the manager role or above.
Log in to your My Cegid-Talentsoft home page.
The My Cegid-Talentsoft home page opens.
Locate the training widget and click Requirements.
The Requirements tab displays.
Locate and select the Status drop-down menu, in the right-hand corner of the tab.
The drop-down menu opens.
Select the status you would like to assign to the requirement.
A pop-up displays with the message: Are you sure that you want to send the status of this request?
To change the status:
Click No to return to the requirement in the tab.
Click Yes to change the status of the requirement.
The pop-up closes and the status is changed. The option to change the requirement's status disappears, it can now only be changed in the back office by a training manager.
