The Follow-up tables tab
You can configure the display criteria for the data in some follow-up tables of Core HR homepage:
Ending probationary periods
Ending internal probationary periods
Medical check-ups
The configuration impacts all Core HR users.
You can access the Follow-Up Tables tab if your administrator role has the follow rights:

These two follow-up tables have the same configuration criteria. To configure it, from the Core HR module:
Click on the menu
Settings on the left side panel.
Click on the Follow-up tables tab.
In the two sections Select the {} period criteria, define the following criteria:
Whose status is: choose if periods that are displayed must have the status In progress or Extended or if you want to display both status in the follow-up table.
Where the start date is X months prior to today’s date: indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict periods to display in the table.
If you leave this criterion empty, the period's start date will not impact the display of the period on the table.
Where the expiry date is X months following today’s date (no more than 3 months): indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict periods to display in the table.
If you leave this criterion empty, the period expiring date will not impact the display of the period on the table.
Click on Save changes to save your criteria.
To configure this tab, from the Core HR module:
Click on the menu
Settings on the left side panel.
Click on the Follow-up tables tab.
In the Select the medical check-up criteria section, define the following criteria:
Whose status is: choose the check-ups to display depending on the status: Confirmed by employee, Absent, Completed, Scheduled or To be scheduled.
You can combine statuses.
Whose appointment is X month(s) before today’s date (inclusive and limited to 96 months). This only applies to medical check-ups with the Confirmed by employee, Absent status: indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict check-ups to display in the tab.
If you leave this criterion empty, the check-up date will not impact the display of the check-up on the table.
Whose appointment is X month(s) after today’s date (inclusive and limited to 96 months). This only applies to medical check-ups with the Scheduled status: indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict check-ups to display in the tab.
If you leave this criterion empty, the check-up date will not impact the display of the check-up on the table.
Whose appointment is X day(s) after today’s date (inclusive and limited to 90 days). This only applies to medical check-ups with the Completed status: indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict check-ups to display in the tab.
If you leave this criterion empty, the check-up date will not impact the display of the check-up on the table.
Whose start date is X month(s) prior to today’s date (inclusive) and still valid for medical check-ups with the To be scheduled status: indicate the number of months in the dedicated insert if you wish to restrict check-ups to display in the tab.
If you leave this criterion empty, the check-up date will not impact the display of the check-up on the table.
Click on Save changes to save your criteria.
