Upload a document in the employee file

From the CHR_icone_export.png Upload a document, available from the employee file, you can add a document depending on the types of document configured by your administrator.

The types of document list are managed from a library, contact your administrator to have further information.

To upload a document, after clicking on CHR_icone_export.png Upload a document:

  1. Select the type of document you want to add and click on Select.

    For CertificationsContracts and Government-issued ID type, the key of the document is asked. This key is respectively the certification, the contract number and the country of issue.

  2. Click on the insert in the middle of the page and select a file from your computer.

  3. Select then the validity dates, indicate if the document needs to be marked as signed and change the name of the document if needed.

    These dates are for reference only, they have no impact on the availability of the document.

  4. Click on Confirm on the top right of the page to add your document.

The added document is visible in the Documents tab, with the information uploaded in the Other information column.
