The Documents tab
Employees can add documents to some data sets from the Personal information tab and/or visualise documents added by HR team from the Documents tab.
The Documents tab of employees personal spaces allow them to visualise documents they uploaded themselves to data sets and documents added or generated by HR staff.
From the dashboard, employees can:
download documents added by the HR staff by clicking, from the Actions column, on
> Donwload;
Only documents electronically signed or marked as signed are displayed in the dashboard.
view documents in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF format by clicking on
> Preview in the Actions column.
download documents they added themselves by clicking, from the Actions column, on
> Download;
delete documents they added themselves by clicking, from the Actions column, on
> Delete.
